Marc came round here to fix a broken tap, change a shower and install an outdoor tap for me. He did a brilliant job, everything was perfect. He replied quickly and got the quote out in no time and at a good price! Super pleased with everything and will definitely use him again.

We've had Marc do a couple of bathroom refurbs in the last couple of years, one downstairs toilet and our main bathroom. He made the jobs seamless, from discussing/planning and quoting down to organising the different trades. His attention to detail is great and overall we couldn't fault the work we've had done. We would highly recommend him and will keep coming back to him for our plumbing needs.

MTP Plumbing is an essential contact, pleasant and reliable. We have had new work done and repair work, both excellent. Mark stands by his word. His work is thorough. I recommend unreservedly.

I recently used Marc & Dougie at MTP Plumbing & Heating and couldn't be more impressed with their service and workmanship. From the first point of contact, they were professional and genuinely helpful with great ideas for my bathroom renovation even when I was unsure of what I wanted, they come up with great ideas! They arrived on time and explained everything clearly, just honest advice. The work itself was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. It was obvious they both take a real pride in what they do, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards (even at the end of everyday!) which is always appreciated. What really stood out was their reliability and attention to detail-it's not always easy to find tradespeople you can fully trust, but MTP Plumbing & Heating absolutely delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or bathroom renovations, and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

After my toilet stopped flushing, I contacted MTP Plumbing & Heating and was initially quoted £220 + VAT to replace the internal system.

When Marc and Doug arrived, they took a proper look and quickly realised a full replacement wasn’t actually needed. Instead of going ahead with unnecessary work and just taking the money, they fixed the issue there and then — and didn’t charge a penny… just said the cup of tea covered the payment 😁

Absolutely brilliant service. Honest, professional, and clearly take pride in doing the right thing for their customers rather than just charging for the sake of it.

I’m genuinely delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Marc was super helpful even though he wasn't able to service my ASHP at this time. He bent over backwards to find someone who could carry out the work, great customer service even though I wasn't technically a customer! At least I know who to call for any future work 👍

Marc is an excellent Plumber, he replaced one & repaired another radiator, sorted out the hot water flow in the shower also did a brilliant job on the upstairs bathroom by inserting new pipework underneath the floor - hence no visible pipework. He is extremely conscious of keeping your home clean & clears up when he's finished! We would recommend Marc 100% every time.
